Recently a lot of Instagramers upload photo with effect of a clear pic on a blur pic.
And the effect are quite nice and cool.
So outdated that I only download that apps today. ==

PicsArt is a photo editing apps I downloaded long time ago.
I seldom use it since I'm addicted to Instagram.
Today I just randomly play it and realize it got some photoshop function.
